At Blue Sky Bistro we take the health of our patrons very seriously. Below is a brief outline of the known food allergens at the restaurant.

Potential Food Allergens Onsite:

Gluten: All of our standard breads, rolls, buns, tortillas, pasta salads, etc contain gluten. Note – Gluten free bread is available.

Dairy: Our cream based soups, cheeses, sour cream, French toast and creamers contain dairy.

Nuts: Our cookies and snacks may contain peanuts or other tree nuts, or may be processed in a facility that also processes nuts.. We do serve peanut butter on kids sandwiches and upon request. Peanut Butter is jarred and stored away from the standard sandwich and salad ingredients and sandwiches containing peanut butter are made in a location and with utensils that are not used for other sandwiches.

Shellfish: We occasionally use shellfish for catering and shellfish is brought in specifically for this reason. We do not use shellfish on a daily basis.

Sesame: We occasionally use sesame oils and/or product containing sesame seeds for catering and shellfish is brought in specifically for this reason. We do not use sesame on a daily basis.

Soy: We occasionally use soy products for catering and soy products are brought in specifically for this reason. We do not use soy products on a daily basis.

Other Allergens: We do our best to make customers aware of all allergens on the premises, but we’re not perfect. If there is an allergen that you need to learn more about before enjoying a meal at the Blue Sky Bistro, please let us know and we’ll make sure to get you the info you need.
